Coming Soon!
A new rehabilitated Gym with new machines and accessories is coming soon! Prevention of dehydration:
The primary aim of fluid replacement is
to maintain plasma volume so that circulation and sweating can
progress at optimal levels. Prevention of dehydration and its
consequences particularly hyperthemia, can only be achieved with
adequate water replaced during exercise.
Cold treatments suck as periodic
application of cold towels to the forehead and abdomen during
exercise or a cold shower before exercising in a hot environment is
of minimal benefit in facilitating heat transfer. Remember that the
most effective defense against heat stress, is adequate hydration
which is achieved by balancing water loss with water intake.
Please note that a well hydrated person
always functions at a higher level than a dehydrated one.
WALKING AND JOGGING
